Reassign Management Roles

When we first met with this gentleman who is in his late Fifties, he explained that his Son and a Nephew were both employed as salesmen in the business, and he had hoped that his Son would, (particularly with the competition his Cousin might pose) emerge as the natural successor to his position as the president.

When questioned about the issue of his issue of wanting to be less involved in the company, he cited health issues that have drained him both physically and mentally. He indicated he still has hope for his son’s continued maturity and growth in business skills, or his nephew emerging as the best alternative for the leadership role.

Recently he promoted his son to Vice President of Sales. He has not adjusted well to the role. Instead of continuing to be more of a sales leader, helping to close the bigger sales deals, and also working with his Cousin to close more business together, the Cousin is actually closing less business due to harassment from the Son in a increasingly difficult business environment.

TeamBRS™ has been engaged by this company to perform our BusinessMRI™ which includes an evaluation of all members of the management team, to find possible ways to more effectively reassign management roles and responsibilities.

How we work for you:

We meet initially with you and welcome the inclusion of your financial and/or legal advisor and in complete confidentiality identify the critical situations you face.

Upon engagement we perform a Business MRI™ resulting in a thorough analysis and a well structured Roadmap to Success that includes performance mileposts and directs your company toward achievable goals.

We provide a Team Leader who can be engaged as interim management or consultant to The Company while the programs and practices described in the Roadmap to Success are put into effect.

Both ways we can help you achieve cost effective, positive and timely results for your Company, its investors and creditors.

We solve your problems while striving to satisfy all parties at the corporate table.
