Bob has represented clients in domestic US and international business and financial transactions. He has handled business litigation before State courts in Connecticut and California; in the US District Courts in California, Connecticut and New York and in US Bankruptcy Courts in California and Connecticut.
He is licensed to practice in the Courts of Connecticut, California and the District of Columbia and since 1988 has been licensed as a California Real Estate Broker.
Bob has a Juris Doctor Degree from the UCLA School of Law (1970) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from UCLA (1967).
