BRS is looking for individuals with proven turnaround management skills and the ability to join our Associates Program as Independent Contractors.
Our Associates typically have the following characteristics:
- 10 years minimum management experience
- 5 years experience running a business in the role of CEO, COO or CFO
- 3 years minimum of consulting experience in a small firm or as a sole practitioner
- Proven ability to work independently in the client environment
- Strong contacts with the lending, legal, accounting and equity communities
