Our culture is based on the ability of our Associates to improve the performance and value of our client’s businesses.

BRS is looking for individuals with proven turnaround management skills and the ability to join our Associates Program as Independent Contractors.

Our Associates typically have the following characteristics:

• 10 years minimum management experience

• 5 years experience running a business in the role of CEO, COO or CFO

• 3 years minimum of consulting experience in a small firm or as a sole practitioner

• Proven ability to work independently in the client environment

• Strong contacts with the lending, legal, accounting and equity communities
